Hello out there!!!! I was afraid the comment board would be so full with this one I would have no room for my prayer request!! You know this reminds me of a church I once attended. This Pastor would give an alter call, a call to those heavily burdened, sruggling in some area of their life, to come forward, to kneel before the Cross, to leave your pain, your burdens there, to pray for yourself and those you love and don't love so much. My wife and I would weekly walk forward, joined by the Pastor's father, one elderly man in susspenders, one elder, and on a "good day" one college student from a nearby university, and right behind us 400 of the most "perfect, trouble and pain free", Christians you could ever meet! I could feel their eyes upon us on our return to our seats,"Man, Dan and his wife really must be messed up, down ther praying every Sunday!" Were we messed up, YES, along with about 395 other people to afraid to get off their....pews....to join us. To afraid to wonder what others might dream up as to why they might be down at the foot of the Cross...OK, I need prayers for sarcasim...But I feel my biggest prayer request, is that I would fully, beyond any doubt trust in GOD'S plans HE has for me, and to truly give my life over to JESUS CHRIST, not by my words or knowledge of who HE is, but know CHRIST has truly captured my heart.
