I believe that is the seemingly insignificant things that we go through in our everyday lives that show our love for CHRIST. JESUS said it HIMSELF,if you give a cup of water to someone who thirsts, a simple drink of water, then it is as if we are doing this deed for HIM. It is not some Biblical theory that if we act on the simple things, behave in a kind way, show a little patience for others, that these are just nice things to do, they are found in the Word of GOD. When I first became a believer, which was in my 20's, my first Pastor taught and guided me through the Bible and my new walk with CHRIST. I really over-complicated my new found faith, I know it is hard to believe that as adults we can make things so complicated, but one day out of love or probably the desire to choke me to death, my Pastor simply said,"Behave, speak, and act as if JESUS was standing right at your side!" I think I followed it up with something like,"Isn't HE always with us................?" As I heard Pastor Ken's office door lock behind me, the way home and from then on I used this simple theory when things in life arose. I know down the road the WWJD thing surfaced everywhere, but I wonder how our behavior would change, not just the belief of knowing HE is there, but if JESUS physicaly stood there with HIS eyes looking directly into ours. I think HE could even change those in line at the Post Office!!
