Sometimes I think people (myself included) are hesistant to do the little things because we think they aren't enough. Thanks for the reminder to give up my lunch!

I think so often I fail to do the small things because I'm afraid of how they will be received. I remember seeing a older woman with a stalled car on a street near my home. I almost didn't stop to help, because I was afraid.
I thought, "How will I help her? I know nothing about cars, I don't think I've ever even called a tow truck before!"
Thankfully I stopped, and God gave me the right words and the calm spirit to give her the help she needed. I know God used me to help that woman, but he also used that woman to help me get over my fear of stepping up to help someone in need.
